Phoenix Quarter in Dartford

Phoenix Quarter in Dartford is a project we have undertaken for BDW Group.

Chartway Drylining have been involved in this project since 2015, and are now (March 2019) midway through the fifth and final phase.  In total there are 636 properties consisting of both apartments and houses.

CGL have installed screeds, drylining, metal stud and render throughout the project.
